How do I create a creator account?
Click "Join as a Creator" on the landing page and sign in with your Google account. Your YouTube channel will be automatically linked to your profile.
What information should I add to my profile?
Add a bio, your niche/category, country, and a profile photo. A complete profile with accurate audience data is far more attractive to sponsors and improves your chances of being discovered.
How does zcombo verify my channel?
When you sign in with Google, we read your public YouTube channel data (subscribers, video count, view counts) directly from the YouTube API. No manual verification is needed.
What are the platform fees?
zcombo charges a 10% platform fee on completed deals. This is deducted automatically when a sponsor releases payment to you — no invoicing or manual calculation needed.
Do I need a subscription to use zcombo?
A free tier is available with limited deal applications per month. Upgrading to a paid plan unlocks unlimited applications, priority placement in search results, and advanced analytics.
🤝Deals & Proposals
How do I receive a deal proposal?
Sponsors browse creator profiles and send deal proposals directly. You'll see new proposals in your "Active Deals" section and receive an email notification. You can accept or decline each proposal.
Can I apply for sponsorships myself?
Yes — use "Deals Discovery" to browse open sponsorship opportunities posted by brands, then apply with a personalised pitch. You can also post your own campaign project under "My Campaign Projects" so sponsors can find and approach you.
What happens after I accept a deal?
Once you accept, the deal moves to Active status. The sponsor funds the marketplace payment hold, you deliver the agreed content, mark deliverables as complete, and the sponsor releases the payment to you.
Can I negotiate deal terms?
Yes. Use the in-platform messaging on any deal to discuss and agree on rates, deadlines, and deliverables before the deal is finalised.
What if I need to cancel a deal?
Contact your sponsor via messages as early as possible. If the deal was already funded and you cannot reach agreement, you can raise a dispute through the Disputes section. Our team will review and mediate.
💳Payments & Earnings
How do I get paid?
Connect your bank account via Stripe under "Earnings → Connect Bank". Once connected, released payments are transferred to your bank account automatically. Transfers typically arrive within 2–5 business days.
When is payment released?
Payment is held as a marketplace payment hold until the sponsor approves your deliverables. Once they mark the deal as complete, the funds (minus the 10% platform fee) are transferred to your Stripe account.
What if a sponsor doesn't release my payment?
If a sponsor is unresponsive after you've delivered the agreed content, raise a dispute from the deal page. Our team will review the evidence and can release payment on the sponsor's behalf if your work meets the agreed terms.
Can I see all my past earnings?
Yes — the "Earnings" page shows a full history of every payment received, pending payouts, and the platform fee deducted per deal.
⚡Bid Projects
What is a Bid Project?
Bid Projects are sponsorship opportunities posted by brands with a set budget and brief. You submit a bid — your proposed rate, timeline, and pitch — and the sponsor selects the creator they want to work with.
How do I submit a bid?
Go to "Make a Bid", browse open projects, and click "Place Bid" on any that match your niche. Fill in your proposed rate, timeline, and a personalised message explaining why you're the right fit.
What happens if my bid is accepted?
You'll receive a notification and the project converts into a full deal. The sponsor then funds the marketplace payment hold and you begin work on the deliverables.
Can I edit or withdraw my bid?
You can withdraw a bid at any time before the sponsor accepts it. Once accepted it becomes a binding deal.
⚖️Disputes
When should I raise a dispute?
Raise a dispute if a sponsor is unresponsive, refuses to release payment after you've delivered, or violates the agreed terms. Always try to resolve issues via messaging first.
How do I open a dispute?
Go to the Disputes section, click "Open Dispute", select the relevant deal, and describe the issue. Include any screenshots or evidence that supports your case.
How long does dispute resolution take?
Our team aims to review and respond to disputes within 3–5 business days. Complex cases may take longer. You'll receive updates via email.
What are the possible outcomes?
Disputes can result in: full payment released to you, partial payment, refund to the sponsor, or the case being closed if insufficient evidence is provided.
